SUMMER SAVINGS ARE NOW LIVE

Our ticketing system for the period 25 June to 1 September has been updated to pass on the VAT savings announced by the government for admission tickets.

All eligible tickets for that period have been reduced in line with this (small rounding has occurred)

For guests who have already booked a date covered by the offer, we will automatically refund the VAT difference, for eligible tickets, however, we politely request your patience and understanding. This is a huge undertaking for our small team and will take time, we hope that it will take no longer than a couple of weeks. Updates to follow.  It will help us immensely if you do not call or email about this particular aspect over the next couple of weeks.  We will confirm when we have completed the task and then if there are any outstanding queries we will be able to deal with them.
