All tickets must be booked online in advance only, there are no on the door sales.

Important Notice:  Due to ongoing building works within our facility, our toddler pool, Ricky's Reef has been closed.  Buccaneer Splash has now been reopened. To reflect this, Under-5 + Companion Adult tickets, as well as Under-1 + Companion Adult tickets, will be available at a reduced rate. We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience and support and look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Sunset Splash Flume for a maximum of 4 hours or until we close whichever is sooner. Valid for selected times after 4pm please note Sunset Splash isn't available during all opening hours.  £20

Carer +1 Access Ticket - specific criteria applies to be eligible for this ticket and pre-validation is recommended

Access Card with +1 symbol is necessary. If you are applying for this ticket, the essential carer will be expected to be 18+ and enter the water with Access Card holder.

Under 5 and Spectator tickets are limited numbers only. Make sure these are available for the time you wish to visit.  They must be booked ONLINE IN ADVANCE with your standard admission tickets.

Tickets purchased online are non refundable as they are taken from an allocation which has a maximum and their purchase will prevent them from being purchased and used by other visiting customers. At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, emailed requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered - please apply by email to: [email protected]

Alternatively, when you book, you have the option to create an account, this allows you to change your own ticket up to 120 hours before your visit.  Please consider making an account to give you more flexibility with your booking.
 

Please check your SPAM/JUNK/PROMOTIONAL folder, and that you typed your email correctly before calling us.  Also, corporate emails sometimes get caught in quarantine folders etc.

DO NOT BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT CHECKING - EITHER SEE IF IT HAS GONE THROUGH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, OR IF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION IS IN THE JUNK OR SPAM.

Visiting With an Under 5

Tickets are priced per head for adults and children alike unless they are under 5 years old in which case buy an Under 5/Companion ticket – under 5 tickets do not have access to the slides, just Buccaneer SplashZone and Buccaneer Beach. We reserve the right to restrict these areas for children with non-sliding tickets and their carer.  Please do not be upset if your child 5+ is asked not to go into these areas or asked to come back later to see is sufficient room for them.

An adult companion ticket is required to support children under the age of 5 and one must be purchased for every child under the age of 5.    Companion tickets do not give access to the slides, any adult who wishes to slide should pay for a full-priced ticket in the normal way. You may share your slider's wristband with the companion adult, to take turns on the slides, if you so wish, please speak to Reception at entry.

If your child is at least 1m tall and confident in the water and would like to use slides appropriate for their height and confidence you may opt to purchase a full-priced ticket instead of an under 5 ticket. Please note NOT all young children will enjoy the slides and remember that they must go down the slides on their own (no rides are double or lap-riding slides).  If you decide on this we would recommend that there are two people to assist the child, one to slide first, then the child, followed by the 2nd adult, in accordance with the waterpark slide guidance.

Baby-in-arms (children under 1) are free of charge and do not require a ticket, themselves. You will still need to purchase a Companion Adult with child under 1 ticket from the website.
