Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions considered.

The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Trainee Waterpark Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in leisure management. You will receive hands-on training across all aspects of the operation, with the goal of progressing into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the waterpark
• Learn and assist with staff supervision and team leadership
• Ensure health & safety and lifeguarding standards are maintained at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with guest queries
• Help coordinate activities, events, and group bookings
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of all facilities
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support stock control and operational administration tasks

Requirements:

• A strong interest in leisure, hospitality, or management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, early and late shifts.

• Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of safety

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)

• Confident in using digital tools to maintain organized operational records.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in customer service, leisure, or hospitality
• First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
