The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Trainee Waterpark Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in leisure management. You will receive hands-on training across all aspects of the operation, with the goal of progressing into a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of the waterpark
- Learn and assist with staff supervision and team leadership
- Ensure health & safety and lifeguarding standards are maintained at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist with guest queries
- Help coordinate activities, events, and group bookings
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of all facilities
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support stock control and operational administration tasks

Requirements:
- A strong interest in leisure, hospitality, or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, early and late shifts.

Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of safety

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)

Confident in using digital tools to maintain organized operational records.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service, leisure, or hospitality
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
